Statistics Module

The Statistics module allows for fast analysis of fleet performance. Helping you keep track of monthly spendings and staying on track with your KPI requirements and goals.

Overview​

Gain deeper insights into your fleet’s performance with the Statistics Module. This section provides key data points and detailed breakdowns for each group for the current month, enabling informed decision-making to optimize your operations.

The statistics module provides multiple sections following the same template. Starting with the General Statistics section which includes the total for all group statistics. Following this section, multiple sections are generated based on your group settings that are defined in the Groups Module.

Note: Devices not added to a group will not count in the statistics calculations. If no groups are defined in the Groups Module then this module will not display any data. To view individual device reports you can go to Devices Module > [Device To Inspect] > Details-Tab.

With the Statistics page, you can:

  • Track Fuel Consumption: Monitor how much fuel your fleet uses over time.
  • Evaluate Fuel Allowance VS Usage: Evaluate the total fuel usage compared to the total allowance for each group.
  • Measure Distance Covered: Evaluate total distances traveled by vehicles.
  • Device Availability/Breakdown: Understand how each device group contributes to overall performance.

Module Components​

Fuel Consumption Chart​

The fuel consumption chart is essential for gaining insights of how fuel is used by different asset groups in the company. The chart header displays essential information including:

  1. Total Group Fuel Usage: This number shows the total fuel amount that has been used by the devices in the group.
  2. Total Group Fuel Allowance: This number shows the total calculated fuel allowance for all devices in the group. The fuel allowance limit is set for each device in the Devices Module > [Device To Modify].

Fuel Consumption Chart

Device Information Card​

The Device Information card shows important metrics such as:

  1. Distance Covered: The reported distance covered for all devices in the group.
  2. Events: The total number of violations (Events) that have been reported by the devices in the group.

General Devices Information

Availability​

The Availability card shows a breakdown of device status for all devices in a specific group. The status for a device can be changed in the Devices Module > [Device To Modify]. The breakdown includes:

  1. Total: The total number of devices in the group.
  2. Enabled: The total number of devices marked as Enabled in the group.
  3. Disabled: The total number of devices marked as Disabled in the group.
  4. Maintenance: The total number of devices marked as Maintenance in the group.
  5. Spare: The total number of devices marked as Spare in the group.

  1. Real-time insights of fuel consumption, distance covered, and status breakdown.
  2. Information categorized into groups for clarity.
  3. Fast statistics generated for the current month.
